How do I order?
Simply place an order via the online shop if you see exactly what you want listed… or simply place an order via email.
If you have seen a hair garland I made on my Instagram, Facebook or Twitter pages and that style is not listed in the ‘Online Shop’ just email me (info null@null bloomingloopy NULL.com)the details (preferably with a photo of it) and I can give you the cost and availability.
- Bank Transfer (preferred):
Account No: 53660536 (Nat West Plc)
Sort Code: 60-19-14
Ref: Your name – not something generic like ‘hair garland’ please!
- PayPal – use the ‘Send Money’ option to email@example.com – please add a note to identify your order if your PayPal name does not match the name on your email or your order. We can send you a PayPal invoice instead if you prefer.
- Debit or Credit Card – You can pay by card using PayPal’s systems as a guest without creating a PayPal account.
- In person – we do not have regular opening hours but if you call in advance we can arrange a time for you to visit. We offer a free fitting service if required.
What is PayPal? PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128 bits (the highest level commercially available). This is a very secure and reliable payment method that protects your financial data. We do not see or store any of your financial data. PayPal accept the following cards: Visa, Master Card, American Express, Maestro, Switch, Solo, Delta and Visa Electron.
If you are not sure about what you want, do feel free to email for advice. Bespoke work will normally attract an additional design fee. I only take on a limited number of bespoke commissions each month so please contact me as soon as possible. You can also book a private consultation for £30 – bring your dress, swatches, mood boards, etc and we can design something lovely together over tea and biscuits.
Please note that your order is NOT scheduled into the workshop diary until 50% deposit or full payment has been made – delays in making payment will therefore inevitably delay your order, especially between January and July when the diary is fullest.
I want you to be 100% happy with your items and will work closely with you to achieve just the look you want, whether this is by means of a redesign, an exchange or even a refund. However, by the time a garland is completed, I will have spent many hours on it and will have incurred materials and postage costs, so in the event that I am asked for a return, I reserve the right to charge a fee (this would of course depend on the reason for the return). I’m incredibly proud that I have never yet had a dissatisfied customer and really hope it never happens!…
